We ended up not hiring Eleanor because we wanted someone closer to our home, but we interviewed A LOT of candidates both on the phone and in person and Eleanor was at the very top of our list. She instantly connected with my husband and I and our 4 month old daughter. She has a calming demeanor & presence about her so it was easy to see why she was so good with babies/infants. If she lived a little closer she would have been our top pick.
