When I retired from the telephone company, I became bored quickly. We have always had pets, so on a whim, I helped a friend when she went out of town on a emergency. What a fun job!!! I have always been active, so walking the dogs not only benefits me, it gets the dogs out as well. There is not a better feeling than walking into a house and a pet (who is usually lonely) is so excited to see me!!! I love it. If I had known I would enjoy doing this so much, I would have retired earlier!!! Not only am I giving the pet owners piece of mind, it benefits the pets as well!!! I am a member of PSA (Pet Sitters Assoc.) and I am also insured and bonded.

Eleanor "Cookie" is amazing. She is mature, reliable, flexible, considerate and communicates with us as she is managing cat care in a memory care for our loved one. She has been a loving, caring second set of eyes for us which we did not originally think of. The staff knows Cookie and appreciates her presence in the facility. We began as 3 days/week but found we needed one more day to be sure the cats were cared for properly in their new environment. Cookie also is flexible and wants to serve. This truly is a virtue.
