I am creatively gifted, teaching creativity and engaging with kids in a interactive way helps their development immensely! Remaining calm under stressful situations and emotional intelligence. I am skilled at accessing the situation and knowing that behind every emotion is a need. When kids get frustrated, it's important to understand the reason. The biggest thing is a calm demeanor so you can help them work out their emotions. Communication is a strength. In my experience accessing the child's needs and the parents way of raising them is the most important. Prioritizing what they wish to prioritize and interacting in the way consistent with their goals. This way the child can be at ease and know what the rules are.
