About Elaine

My name is Elaine, I am 50 years old. I've been in the role of a caregiver for 20 years ranging through different positions. I have always had a passion for working and caring for seniors. I began this career working in a group home caring for children and adults with mental disabilities. After that, I began caregiving at an assisted living facility for the elderly (formerly Summerville, currently known as Brookdale in Ontario, CA). I then began driving for physically disabled elderly transporting them to/from doctor appointments, family visits, errands, and anywhere the customer desired at San Gabriel Transit (Access Paratransit). I have been a private in-home caregiver for 7+ years now between several families and am now looking for a new home to serve in. I typically assist with tasks related to hygiene, medications, meals, PT/OT, etc and have experience in hospice care.
