About Elaine

I have 14 years of experience and I absolutely love being a nanny- I can't imagine doing anything else! I started as a mommy's helper when I was just 11 years old and have since cared for children of all ages, from just a few weeks old to 15 years old. I've worked long term with about 7 families and I've been with my 2 current families for the past 3 years. I also have experience as an after-school teacher, children with special needs, and providing overnight care for newborns. I also ran a summer day camp during Covid. I'm reliable, always on time, and very hands on. I can help with pick ups/drop offs, light housekeeping, laundry, and pet care. I have fun, high energy and I love keeping kids engaged with silly games, outdoor play, and arts and crafts. I'm especially experienced with toddler boys and feel confident managing multiple children while keeping things structured and safe. PS: I always bring my treasure chest to all of my babysitting shifts :)
