Elaine was a wonderful nanny to our two boys for about 1.5 years. We started working with her when our youngest was 4 months. She watched him full time while I worked mostly from home. She not only show love, care, and commitment to our son from day one, but was also very dependable and respectful of our rules. Apart from the usual care (diapers, feeding/prepping meals, play/read, clean-up), she would also take our son to the park where she found other children his age, and would do light house work. Our family as a whole really benefitted from having Elaine in our lives. After about a year, she started looking after our older son when he arrived home from school, offering snacks and playing with both of them. Elaine is very sweet, playful, a good listener, and hard worker. Any family would be lucky to have her!
