About Elaine

I'm an experienced, caring, and dependable childcare provider who genuinely loves helping children feel safe, confident, and happy. My experience includes caring for my grandchildren, 6 years providing attendant care and habilitation for my special-needs grandson, and currently caring for a special-needs client. I also teach Sunday school. These experiences have strengthened my patience, creativity, flexibility, and ability to meet children where they are. My approach is calm and nurturing--with plenty of silliness! I enjoy crafts, reading, games, hands-on activities, and turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn. I'm comfortable with infants through school age, up to 3 children, and swimming supervision. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and hold an active fingerprint clearance card. I believe in the village concept. I want to work with parents, not simply for them--providing dependable, loving support while treating every child with patience, respect, kindness, and laughter.
