Elaine is a wonderful nanny! She took care of my son from when he was just 4 months old. She is kind, attentive, gentle and patient. I work from home and she is really great at navigating this dynamic. She is always very engaged with my son, actively playing with him and encouraging him to achieve new milestones. He was having a hard time rolling from stomach to back and I swear she is the one who got him to do it! We asked Elaine to help with baby chores like folding laundry or cleaning bottles when time allows and she does so much more than that! If I’m breastfeeding and the baby chores are done, I’ll find clean dishes or our laundry folded. It means the world to have that extra help. Elaine is wonderful. She shows such genuine kindness and love towards our son and you can tell by how comfortable he is with her.
