About Elaina

Elaina was with our little one from the first weeks of life to 7 months old, and we could not have asked for a better night nanny! She helped us get the rest we needed so that we could manage during the day. I did a mix of bottles, pumping and nursing and Elaina made everything really easy by bottle feeding, taking baby to me or helping with cleaning the pumps, whatever I needed on any given night. We could not have done it without her. She is very warm and treated our little one with a lot of love and care. Our son loved her so much, he would actually try to jump out of my arms into her arms when she came in! She always put a huge smile on his face and he had little giggles of joy when he saw her. She was very attentive to his needs and we felt we could sleep well knowing how well he was cared for and loved during the night. As well as being amazing with baby, she is also a great communicator, and was punctual and reliable. She has a lot of common sense and always checked in if something seemed a bit off (e.g. baby seemed a little cold or I forgot to leave out enough milk). Elaina is very smart and caring, and we hope to hire her again whenever we have our second baby.
