Elaina has been such an amazing support to me and my 9 month old daughter B. B's face lights up when Elaina arrives and she completely enjoys the day of lovely adventures. Elaina is extremely punctual and reliable. She has education in baby / child development and as a first time mom I learn things from her all the time. She has helped me confidently do BLW and setup a daily routine that has helped with naps and bedtime and much more. Elaina brings different age appropriate clean toys for my little one to develop and grow. For example: teaching her the pinch grasp, learning to crawl and putting weight on legs, putting shapes into holes and learning object permanence and much more. Elaina is a super kind person and has a really calming energy. I know when I leave B. with her, she is not only safe and having all her needs met, but also being challenged for her age in a way that supports her development. I would recommend Elaina 100%. Elaina has been a great care giver to my 13 month old. She takes time to cook for them, take them on strolls throughout the neighborhhod, plays with them and brings them interactive/learning toys to play with. I have had a wonderful experience with her!

From the first conversation, I knew Elaina was someone I wanted to have around my little one. She has a calm and confident air about her that seems to have a truly magical effect on children (and dogs!). My son has had no caregivers outside of family members and was immediately comfortable with her. She even managed to get him to eat in the midst of a hunger strike. Where do I start? I am a first time mom who has been so skeptical and nervous to leave my 4 month old baby girl with anyone. Before arriving to provide nanny care for the day, Elaina asked me questions regarding my child and made sure that all safety information was in place.. things I had no even thought of before! She was soft spoken with a gentle spirit. My little one was so calm and at ease. I felt comfortable quickly after I saw Elaina work her magic. It's obvious she cares deeply for children and is very interested in fostering their growth and development.. even during short visits. After the visit, she gave me many tips and as a first time mom, I truly appreciated it. We look forward to hiring her again!

Elaina provided backup childcare to our 9 mo old baby boy and she was absolutely wonderful. She has a natural way with babies and overcame our baby's stranger anxiety right away. He was best friends with her in no time! She is punctual, professional, organized, detail oriented and has a trove of knowledge about child development and rearing that we actually learned a lot from. At the same time, she is so sweet and was warm and caring towards our baby. We would trust our baby with her anytime and look forward to working with her again!

Ms. Elaina has been working with our seven-month daughter for close to two months now.  We can't say enough good things about her.  First, and foremost, Ms. Elaina is equal parts educator and childcare provider.  She comes equipped with an activity plan everyday, and our daughter has benefited tremendously.  Every week, we have noticed clear signs of advancement (e.g. developing recognition of some sign language).  Just as important, Ms. Elaina is always patient with our daughter and cares for her with love.  It is obvious that our daughter looks forward to seeing Ms. Elaina every day.  We are extremely grateful to be working with her.  On a 10-point scale, we would give her 10 out of 10.  Simply put, we have no complaints and could not recommend her more highly.  Ms. Elaina has exceeded our expectations on every level.

Elaina is very soft spoken and extremely organized. She was a nanny for our 6 month old daughter. She is very patient and planned developmental activities for my daughter around her schedule. She listened to our concerns and tried to put my daughter on a set schedule.

Ms. Elaina stepped in to provide some last minute care for our 6 month old son. She played games with him, kept him entertained and was a pleasure to have around the house. She used baby sign language, gave thoughtful recommendations about feeding him solids, and had all kinds of different ways to engage him with play.  We would definitely want to hire her again.
