have worked in a special education school for many years, supporting both children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. Much of my experience has involved working with autistic individuals, providing patient, structured, and compassionate support tailored to their individual needs. Throughout my career, I have assisted with daily living skills, behavioral support, communication development, and creating a safe and positive learning environment. I understand that working with individuals with special needs requires empathy, consistency, patience, and genuine care. I take pride in building trusting relationships and helping each person feel valued, respected, and understood. Supporting children and adults with special needs is not just my job it is my passion. I am dedicated to helping them develop confidence, independence, and the skills they need to reach their full potential.
