Hello! My name is Eimile, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Des Moines! I'm the oldest of 4 kids and spent much of my childhood caring for my siblings, then started nannying right after high school. I've cared for as many as 2 children at a time professionally but I am able to care for more! I spent 1 year nannying a 3 y/o and 5 y/o, then spent another year caring for a 1. 5 y/o while also occasionally caring for newborn twins during my time off on weekends and evenings, and I've spent the last year helping in a house of 2-3 y/o kids along with a newborn!
