About Eileen

I currently an a caregiver to an 11-year-old child on the spectrum. I monitor him during his online virtual class, assist with homework assignments, and oversee his after-school curriculum. I create daily schedules to reach our goals. I teach behavioral tools, social skills, and emotional learning, and since then, my student has become more verbal, polite, and aware of his surroundings. His grandmother has told me how much kinder he is since meeting me. Telling me that his life had changed positively. I also teach life lessons in his homework, like being kind to others, and apply them in everyday life. This work makes me want to be a teacher to untap every student's learning potential and prepare them for the world.
