Hello, my name is Eileen, and I bring many years of real-life caregiving experience to the families I support. I have raised three children and have personally cared for family members, as well as pets, with dedication and compassion. My approach is respectful, attentive, and grounded in common sense. I understand the practical needs of children, the patience and consistency required in elder care, and the loving attention pets need to feel safe and cared for. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where people feel valued and understood. Families appreciate that I am intuitive, and easy to communicate with. I do not rely on formal training or certifications (although my job requires us to renew our CPR certification annually so I have that), I rely on years of hands-on experience and compassion. I am confident in my ability to care for your loved ones as if they were my own. I would be honored to support your family's needs with care and professionalism.
