With over 10 years of experience caring for older adults, I am committed to providing compassionate, dependable and personalized support. I take pride in helping clients feel safe and valued while maintaining their dignity, independence and quality of life. I have experience caring for clients with PEG tube feeding, cognitive impairment, mobility challenges, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular conditions, spinal cord injury, COPD, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cancer, post-op care, palliative and hospice care. I assist with ADLs, medication management and ensuring continuity of care based on healthcare providers' guidance. I am organized, observant, and proactive in noticing changes that may need attention. I enjoy problem solving and assisting clients being as much part of society as possible, if they want it. My proficiency with Apple devices and its ecosystem allows me to help provide personal assistance with communication and administrative tasks as needed.
