Hello! My name is Eileen and I recently graduated from college with my BS in Biology. I am currently taking a gap year with plans on attending medical school. I enjoy my work as a Research Assistant at MD Anderson but am looking for an additional job to help save for the future. I have extensive experience working with special needs children as my older brother has autism. Since I was a child, I have helped him achieve developmental milestones inside and outside of the classroom. In addition, I volunteered as a special needs therapist for a high functioning child with autism. Through these experiences, I have been able to refine my patience, empathize with others, and create meaningful relationships. Outside of studying, I love reading, cooking, exploring new places, playing tennis, and spending time with friends. I have a background in medicine and am CPR, first aid, and BLS certified. I would love to share more about myself and see if we would be a good match!
