About Eileen

Eileen is nothing short of incredible. She has been our nanny for the past year primarily for my now 13-month old son, and has also helped out with our 3 year old son when he was home (generally he's in daycare). I cannot say enough about our experience with her and she has truly become part of our family. We have been so fortunate that she entered our lives. Here are some examples of why she is so great: Interactive with our baby: Nonstop stimulation and attention. She worked on advancing his development with stories, games, bubbles, music, toys and continued to challenge him and change his routine as he grew. She keeps a nice little schedule during the day so he has a little routine. Punctual/Dependent: Eileen was always on time or early. In our full year she never called out unexpectedly. Communicative: Eileen always kept me and my husband up to date on what our baby was up to, and anything she noticed (pulling on his ear, etc.). Self-sufficient and good judgement: Eileen is a mom herself, so has that innate ability to proactively do things and be resourceful. She respected any of our requests (i.e. naptime schedule) but was able to run with things. Her judgement is always spot on. Wonderful friend: When I say Eileen is part of the family, I mean it because we go to her for advice and truly want her opinion on various things. She is kind, non-judgmental, extremely talented (went to art school) and has great general knowledge so it was always such a pleasure chatting with her during lunch breaks (I work at home).
