Eileen has been caring for my 2 and 4 year old for almost 2 years now. She is extremely dependable, loving, caring , and always has an activity to do with them. Both of children are always excited to see her.  I would highly recommend her without reservation.

Eileen is creative, dependable, and nurturing. We feel so lucky to have her in our kids' lives! She does an excellent job balancing the needs of our infant and toddler. She's been a huge help for major milestones like crawling and potty training. We also love how she incorporates arts & crafts, imaginative play, etc. in daily activities. Eileen is the type of person you HOPE you find when you are looking for someone to take care of your children. She is a ray of sunshine, so full of positive energy and love and light. She comes with toys, crafts or games prepared with the aim of engaging, educating and nurturing your little ones. She takes my children outside to play and talks to them about nature and leaves. I came home last week to beautiful, sweet homemade hearts they made together hanging from the ceiling. She really puts thought in to how she will spend her time with your family. She is also dependable, punctual, flexible and caring. We love her.
