Hello! My name is Johana, and I'm a kind, patient, and positive person who truly enjoys spending time with seniors. I don't have direct experience as a home caregiver, but I worked with older adults in Colombia as a physical education teacher. I used to guide gentle movement classes, walks, dancing sessions, and breathing exercises to help them stay active, relaxed, and happy. Those experiences taught me to listen, to be patient, and to bring joy and calm energy to the people around me. I speak Spanish and basic English, and I always make sure communication is clear and respectful. My goal is to offer companionship and light assistance that make every day a little brighter.
