I'd describe my personality as outgoing, energetic and caring. I like caring for seniors because much of my career has been with seniors. I love the history, the reminiscing and to help people stay in their homes as long as possible. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and consistent. I started caring for seniors when I first got out of the military. I then became a CNA, then a LPN and progressed to a RN, BSN. Many years I have work with seniors in my 30 years in nursing. In my spare time, I like to thru-hike long trails(many days in the outdoors), camping and exploring new places. One thing you should know about me is that I am a RN with years of experience in many different specialties. My skills include listening, watching and speaking when needed.

Ed did a great job caring for my Dad from the very first day they met. His nursing care is excellent and this combined with his caring and stimulating conversation were a perfect fit for what my Dad needed. His attention to the needs of our family was also exceptional as he provided information and guidance along the way while supporting my Dad. He consistently communicated about his care and what he thought would be best for him and was very good about sharing with other staff caring for my Dad. He is caring, hard working and trustworthy and we are thankful for all the support he provided my Dad and our family.
