My background includes a college degree and extensive experience in respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also CPR , First Aid certified and BLS / LA fire card. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize earning trust and maintaining open communication with families through regular updates, following their preferred method. My goal is to support well-being and independence.
