With a bubbly, energetic, and easy-going personality, I find joy in working with kids, making a positive impact on their lives, fostering creativity, and witnessing their growth firsthand. I prioritize engaging children in meaningful activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and building trusting relationships with both them and their parents or guardians. My journey with childcare began during school, working as a babysitter for extra income, and evolved into roles such as a lead teacher at a school-age center and later a high school and middle school science teacher, enriching my experience in nurturing young minds. Outside of childcare, I enjoy reading, playing team sports like volleyball, or tennis, biking, and hiking. My skills encompass patience in handling challenging situations, effective communication to understand needs and build trust with children and parents/guardians, and creativity in developing engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun.
