I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient, and individualized care for children with special needs. My experience comes from helping care for my three cousins, each on different parts of the autism spectrum. Through supporting them, I have learned how important structure, understanding, and communication are in helping every child feel safe and supported. I've also gained hands-on skills in adapting to sensory needs, encouraging social development, and creating calm, positive environments. These experiences have shaped my ability to respond with empathy and flexibility, and they motivate me to continue helping children grow, learn, and feel confident in their abilities.
