About Ed Mark

Mark assisted us in a very critical and vulnerable moment of my fathers life. My father, who is an elderly man, was living alone with a multitude of medical complications and showing signs of early onset dementia. Mark took great care of my father and understood his mental and physical needs and limitations. He made sure that he was well fed, was taking his medication, helped him use the restroom and any other needs my father would ask of him while we made plans for him to fly over to Canada to live with my mother and sister. When the time came for him to fly alongside a close friend of ours, Mark assisted us from packing and carrying his luggage, to the drop off and all throughout the airport. He helped him get on a wheelchair with his oxygen concentrator as we navigated the airport until they were finally past security. My father is now safe and sound in Canada thanks in a major part to Mark who helped him diligently and with care at such a vulnerable moment of his life.
