Vania worked for us for 4 years, taking care of both of our sons. She was an exceptional nanny, so loving but also establishing good routines and getting them on regular schedules. She truly became a part of our family and both my boys absolutely adore her. She started caring for my older son at about 4 months old and then took care of our younger son basically from birth. We feel so fortunate that we had her in our life, for not only was she great with the boys, but she was so helpful to my husband and I in teaching us how to take care of little ones. Her patience and understanding is unmatched. She is extremely prompt and reliable (I don't remember her calling in sick in those 4 years), always tidied up after the kids at the end of the day, and made sure to get them out of the house everyday. She was always very attentive, engaging with them and making sure that they had the right balance of "play/entertainment" and rest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANIA!
