With over 10 years of experience providing home health care, I assist clients with daily living activities, mobility support, and basic medical management. I also provide respite care, transportation to appointments, and meal preparation. I place strong importance on preparing healthy, organic meals. I personally follow a healthy lifestyle and avoid processed foods, and I enjoy sharing this approach to nutrition with the individuals I care for. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. My calm, patient nature allows me to adapt easily to changing routines and manage challenging situations with compassion-especially when caring for individuals with memory care needs. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while maintaining clear communication with families through their preferred method of updates.
