About Edie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With one year of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for discovery in English, Science, and essential study skills. I assess your unique learning style through active listening and observation, tailoring my methods--from visual aids to interactive discussions--to suit your needs. By connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and celebrating every small success, I keep our sessions engaging and productive. I believe open communication is the foundation of our partnership, ensuring we remain aligned on your goals. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to creating a supportive, patient environment where we can grow and succeed together.
