I am a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over two years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental needs, primarily ages 2-8. I have experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support communication, social skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior. My approach is patient, structured, encouraging, and individualized to each child's needs. I am comfortable following behavior support plans, maintaining routines, assisting with transitions, encouraging independence, and providing engaging one-on-one support. I am also pursuing graduate-level education in Applied Behavior Analysis and continue to strengthen my skills.
