Hello am Edeline; I have 11+yrs of experience working with children. I recently closed out a contract with a family, having worked with them for three years. Being surrounded by children of all ages growing up brought me so much gratification that I started working as a babysitter for family members and neighbors. My educational background varies between child development courses/training and food & beverage. I enjoy creating unique and memorable moments for my kids, whether by decorating for holidays or creating age-appropriate crafts. I work with resources that I have been able to procure depending on child interest or current fixation. Which personalizes their learning experiences also helps children meet each important milestone. I am excited to hear from all you loving parents.

Edeline has been taking care of my 5 month old son for the past 3 months and I could not recommend her more highly. As a first-time mom, I went into the relationship with a lot of anxiety about letting anyone else care for my son. Edeline (Lily) quickly won my trust, and now I feel totally comfortable leaving my son with her and letting her take him outside for outings--something I couldn't have imagined just a few months ago. She is professional and respectful, always asking me how I want things to be done and adhering to my values/priorities around child rearing. She is extremely reliable and professional--has never missed a single day or been late during her time with us. She has also been flexible and willing to stay late on multiple occasions or change her regular hours around. She traveled to Canada with us for a 3-day weekend and was such a help with managing our baggage and infant in the airport, and then she watched our son for 12+ hour days in the hotel with no complaint so that we could have some time together as a couple. Our son absolutely adores her and is all smiles every time she shows up! In addition to all of the above, Lily is proactive and helpful around the house without being given tons of instruction. I am at home on maternity leave right now, and whenever I am with my son and she has downtime, she finds helpful ways to pitch in around the house--folding laundry, vacuuming, doing dishes, picking up groceries from the nearby Whole Foods, and sometimes even cooking us the most amazing, delicious dinners. I can't stress highly enough what an excellent employee Lily is and how lucky any family would be to have her. My husband and I offered her a contract and would have LOVED to keep her on forever, it only didn't work out for us because we travel internationally during the year and Lily is looking for a position with less travel requirements than ours.
