Eddrena was so essential to our postpartum mental health! We hired her for a few nights each week, for night shifts from 10pm to 6am, starting from when our baby was just over 1 week old to when she was around 11 weeks old. We were able to actually get sleep at night while Eddrena kept a close watch on our reflux-y baby. She would change diapers, feed our baby the bottles that were prepared in the fridge, hold baby upright for 30 min afterwards to prevent spit up, and soothe baby back to sleep. She kept a detailed log of feeds, diaper changes, and sleep. I highly recommend her!
