Hello! I am a retired teacher and trade school culinary instructor with a deep heart for helping seniors stay comfortable, nourished, and well-supported at home. In addition to my background in education, I have firsthand personal experience as a primary caregiver for my own 85-year-old mother. I understand deeply how important patience, dignity, and gentle companionship are when caring for aging loved ones. With my background in cookery and homemaking, I love preparing wholesome, home-cooked meals tailored to dietary needs, keeping a clean and peaceful living space, and offering warm companionship.
