Experience: 8 yrs
Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With eight years of experience as a Medication Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I bring compassion and a detail-oriented approach to every care interaction. My training includes CPR, First Aid, yearly check-offs from Physicians and Registered Nurses. I provide respite care, hourly or weekly care, live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management and mobility assistance to name a few . I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations by seeking the best available solutions , and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferences. Understanding your loved one's history and preferences is important to me. I'm eager to bring my skills and dedication to your family, offering support and a peace of mind.
I cannot recommend enough! From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout my recovery. She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and made sure I had everything I needed. What really showed me the kind of caregiver Ebony is was when I unexpectedly had a medical emergency during my recovery. It was honestly one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had, but Ebony stayed right there with me, recognized when something wasn’t right, acted quickly, and made sure I received the medical attention I needed. Having someone there who remained calm and knew when to take action made such a huge difference for me. Beyond that, she helped with my meals, transportation, recovery setup, medications, mobility, and all of the little things that become so important when you’re recovering and can’t do everything yourself. I never felt like I was just another client—she genuinely cared about my well-being. If you’re looking for someone to help you through post-op recovery, especially during those vulnerable first days, I would absolutely recommend Ebony. I am extremely grateful that I chose her to be my caregiver and wouldn’t hesitate to choose her again. Thank you so much for everything!
