I am a recent MFA Screenwriting graduate from Loyola Mary-mount University. I am working on teaching high school and college Screenwriting and Film Studies courses. During the summers, I've returned to Miami, FL where I worked as a substitute teacher for elementary, junior high, and high school students. I am a Miami-Dade County Schools Certified teacher and taught high school immediately after I graduated from the University of Florida in 2011 as an English and History major. I am also very passionate about the youth as it pertains to their creative journeys. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I've babysat children as young as 2 years old and as many as four at a time. I've also worked with special needs children including those with autism. My favorite activity to do when I babysit is to read books and have the child interpret the story from their perspective. To ensure an awesome reading session, I always have a book on hand!
