My name is Ebonnie, I'm a Special Education Teacher Assistant with the New York Department of Education for over 12 years. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Arts. I am certified in CPR. I am a 44-year-old mother of 2 wonderful adult sons, and caring for others has always been one of my greatest passions. I am compassionate, loving, and dependable. I truly care and enjoy helping others individuals with special needs, I find great fulfillment in supporting them as they grow, learn, and reach their goals. For 3 years, I worked 1:1 as a Community Habilitation worker for an adult with autism. It was an incredibly rewarding experience, and although it was sad when he transitioned to a group home, I was grateful to have been part of his journey. That experience strengthened my passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
