Hello, my name is Eboni. I live in Springfield, VA. I have 6 years of Special Education and ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysts) experience. I ve worked in immersion and self contained classrooms. I am a full-time student at NVCC studying ASL Interpreting and Deaf Studies. I have extensive experience working with kiddos on the Autism Spectrum, Down Syndrome, Developememtal Delays, and Emotional and Behavioral disorders. My approachi is to be patient, loving and nurturing while observing and perceiving the children s difficult, strength, dislikes and likes. I am huge supporter of reward systems. My focus is working with kiddos, on life and social skills as well a routines. I love giving praises, but also I like to see what the children can do independently before giving prompts. I am CPI (Crisis Prevention Intrevention) trained and certified, CPR and First Aid. I love nature and am very active so I enjoy being outdoors or excerise of some sort, I also enjoy coloring, painting!
