About Early

Caregiver with five years of experience providing reliable, compassionate care for children from infants through early teens. I currently work at O2B Kids in Rosemount, providing care and supervision for young children in a childcare setting. I am a psychology graduate from St. Olaf College with a strong background in child development and experience supporting children with ADHD, autism, and other individual needs. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. My experience includes infant care such as diapering, bottle preparation, feeding, and soothing, as well as supporting older children with homework, routines, and daily activities. I value clear communication with parents and strive to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I hold a valid driver's license and take pride in being dependable, attentive, and responsive to each child's individual needs.
