About Early

Caregiver with five years of experience providing reliable care for children from infants through early teens. CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, with experience supporting children with ADHD and autism. I am a psychology student at St. Olaf College graduating in early May, with a strong understanding of child development and routine. I am calm, patient, and attentive to sensory needs, feeding schedules, and sleep routines. Experienced in infant care, including diapering, bottle preparation, and soothing, as well as helping older children with homework and daily structure. I can assist with school pickups, swimming supervision, light housekeeping, and following care plans while maintaining clear communication with parents. I hold a valid driver's license and enjoy creating safe, engaging environments where children feel secure and cared for.
