About Dziyana

I'd describe my personality as detail-oriented, personable, curious I care deeply for seniors because of the time I spent caring for my grandfather when he was dying from cancer. Being there for him during his most vulnerable moments showed me how much older adults need not only medical support, but genuine companionship and dignity. As I look ahead in life, I think about the kind of care I would want when I grow older. Everyone deserves to age with respect, warmth, and quality care, not just physically, but emotionally too. Seniors have lived full lives, built communities, and shaped the world we live in - they deserve to be seen, heard, and valued. I'm looking for a job where I can provide compassionate, respectful support to older adults and make a real difference in their daily lives. I want to work in an environment that values empathy, dignity, and the importance of human connection
