Deshawn’ refuses to follow directions Refuses to do what she is asked or told. She is a difficult person to work with. Some jobs she does well. Other jobs not. She does not tell the truth to the point that I had to have her video completed tasks. She refused to put on the dog’s harness properly such that I had to hire a separate dog walker for twice around the block trips. I am hard of hearing. She refused to speak up. I resorted to asking her to come into my room and speak to me face to face.
