For the past three years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I understand the importance of reliable care for families, and I strive to be a compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented caregiver. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation that may arise. I offer verbal updates during visits, and I'm happy to follow your preferred method of communication. Respecting your loved one's independence is paramount to me. I'm trained in CPR, and I am a Certified Medical Assistant and can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I have some college education. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and joy to someone's day makes this work truly fulfilling for me.
