Hello! I'm a very positive, enthusiastic, and reliable young woman looking for some week nights/weekend babysitting opportunities starting early October. I have just graduated with a BA in Psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development and will be starting a full time position as a Behavioral Health Professional/Educational Technician III mid October. I have years of experience working with children in both home environments as a private nanny as well as a Teacher's Assistant in an educational daycare. Most recently, I worked as a private caregiver for a medically complex child and am both familiar and comfortable with medication administration. With my experience, I can provide your child with fun structured days/nights filled with arts and crafts, out door adventures, reaching age appropriate milestones, and plenty more. Dylan was our daily babysitter for 2 years in our home for our two children who were between the ages of newborn and 3 years old. One of my children was a 29 weeker premie who Dylan began caring for as soon as she came home from the hospital. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dylan - she is one of the most kind-hearted and gentle souls I have ever met. Our children absolutely love Dylan. She is responsible, attentive, caring and active with my children. She was always on time, followed all our rules and instructions, and knew how to keep our active kids happy! She loved bringing them outdoors, to the playground, and to activities with the library. She was always able to get them to nap, caref for them when they were sick, and knew how to handle every situation there was. She is great at communicating during the day with photos and updates, too! She handled meals (even with our youngest beginning purée foods) and supervised speech therapy, PT and feeding therapy of my children as well. We always knew that our kids were in great hands with Dylan and still have her babysit from time to time when she is around! She would be a wonderful addition as a nanny/sitter to any family and I highly recommend her.
