Patient Mobility and Safety: Safely lifting, transferring (using gait belts/lifts), and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores. Monitoring and Reporting: Checking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), observing changes in physical or behavioral condition, and reporting issues to a nurse. Cleaning and making bed, changing bed linens, and sanitizing room. Providing emotional support to clients and assisting with communication between the family. Answering call lights and taking messages. Documentation: Charting clients daily routine and any other information. Prepare meals and clean up area after meals. Take to doctors appointments and wait with clients and take back home. Do grocery shopping.
