Dylan demonstrated lack of communication skills and having the in capability to be reliable. He applied for nanny/caregiver position for our two boys and agreed to have a virtual interview and to send me a resume, references, and certifications prior to interview. When I did not receive information request two days after scheduling interview, I sent a friendly reminder to send information prior to interview. No response. When time came to have the scheduled interview, he was a no call/no show.
