Hello! I'm Val, animal-lover in Jamaica Plain! I've spent my entire life with dog and cat companions, and couldn't imagine life without them. I started working with animals when I was young, living on my grandparents' farm, we kept a flock of chickens, one pig, and a dog! I don't think many people are keeping pigs in Boston city limits, but they are still my good buddies.
