About Dylan

Nurturing children's curiosity and celebrating who they are is my greatest professional passion. I'm a Black, queer, non-binary educator and parent with 15+ years of childcare and education experience, including 10+ years in forest preschool and 5 years as a professional nanny. I'm also a parent to two kids (11 & 8), and understand how important it is to find a caregiver you trust. I provide warm, patient, playful, and neurodiversity-affirming care for infants to tweens, with experience supporting neurodivergent kiddos- my kid is AUDHD & PDA. I love outdoor adventures, crafts, board games, puzzles, creative projects, and following children's interests. I'm also a skilled swimmer and can provide attentive water supervision. I'm seeking occasional childcare, including date nights, weekends, and backup care. I value clear communication, respect children's autonomy, and enjoy partnering with families to help kids feel safe, confident, and empowered to grow.
