Dwayne scheduled a date to meet with our family following an over the phone initial meeting and interview. However, she cancelled the in person meeting the night before ( after 9PM) and requested to reschedule. We expressed that fortunately we had found a great care provider, would not like to consider her further for a back up provider ( due to inability to manage personal schedule and commitments). Dwayne continued to send text messages to my phone and I had to block her number.
