Howdy! I am a recent transplant to South Carolina and am looking for full or part-time work as I prepare to go back to school for an advanced degree in counseling. Most recent experience was for a family with a 2 1/2-year-old boy and his 8-month-old brother. I had started when the first born was 8 months old and began care for the second born at 6 weeks. Reason for leaving was my husband's job offer at Clemson University, which took us from Charlottesville, VA. (Sept '17-July'19) Previous experience in substitute teaching through the public school systems in Albemarle County for short and long-term placements K-8. (Jan '17-June '17) In undergrad I worked 5 summers as a residential camp counselor for rising middle and high-schoolers (Jun-Aug '05-'09), as well as two years as a resident advisor for freshman dorms in my junior and senior years ('06-'08). I prefer to stay active, am patient and nurturing, and work with animals as well as kids. Hoping to find a good fit!

Dustin is a gem! He is reliable and energetic, creative and calm, trustworthy and kind. I felt fully confident that our two boys were in safe, capable hands and that Dustin would not only watch them, he would enrich their days. He is helpful around the house, great with pets, and his positive vibe is absolutely contagious. Our kids adored Dustin!
