About Dustie

My name is Dustie, and I have been a committed caregiver since 2006. My passion began earlier, when I worked in childcare during high school and assisted with elder care through my mother's company. What first felt like responsibility soon became my calling. I have extensive experience supporting people living with MS, seizures, Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, sundowners syndrome, diabetes, paraplegia, and quadriplegia. I am skilled with hoyer lifts, oxygen tanks, and both manual and electric wheelchairs, as well as checking blood pressure and oxygen. I also know in-home bowl program (digital stem) and personal care. In addition to personal care, I have assist with running errands, taking clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and even staying overnight if a client needs to go out of town. I am a quick and confident learner. Although I completed CNA training and am not certified, I bring strong hands-on skill, patience, and respect to every individual I support.
