Dulce is a wonderful caregiver. She was our nanny for our son starting when he was 9 months. Within two days, he was so comfortable and excited to spend the day with her. He would literally light up when she arrived, and when he started walking, he would run to Dulce! Dulce also watched our 3 year old son on days when we need additional childcare. He is a little slower to warm up to people, but Dulce was really calm through his tantrums and slowly won him over with games and stories. Now they are great buddies, and it was really helpful that she was so flexible to watch one or both kids together. She is a really attentive nanny and you can tell she really loves kids. She plays and interacts with them and makes them feel very special. We asked her to speak entirely in Spanish to our sons and she has been great about exposing them to another language. She would take the kids on outings but was always really great about sticking with our daily routine (naps, snacks, lunch, etc).
