Dubraska is a very good person. She genuinely cares about the children she cares for. She has a calming, patient, and nurturing personality. She has been watching our 6 month old this summer and I have trusted her to take her on walks, give her baths, and begin solids. She is also very accommodating to the parents and open to hearing your guidelines. While English is not her primary language, she can understand the basics and easily communicates via google translate. She is also super reliable and completely flexible with your family’s needs. Good hearted nannies are not always accessible - I can tell you, she is a good one. I plan to keep her in our family’s circle and call her if we ever need more support.
