Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With five years of experience in adult and senior care, I've learned the importance of compassionate and detail-oriented support. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training. My skills include respite care, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am also comfortable adapting to changing routines, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. Open communication is key, and I always follow the family's preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is most important when connecting with those I care for.
